Pest Control FAQ

Preparing your home is simple with our step-by-step guidance. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

1. Remove food, drinks, and medications, or seal them in special fumigation bags we provide.
2. Open all drawers, cabinets, and closets to ensure the gas reaches every corner.
3. Arrange for your family, pets, and plants to stay elsewhere during the process.

Don’t worry—our team will walk you through every step, and we’re always available by phone or text if you have questions.

Absolutely. Our process uses sulfuryl fluoride gas, which leaves no residue behind. By the time we clear your home for re-entry on days 3-4, it’s completely safe for your family and pets. There’s no need for cleaning or wiping down surfaces—just walk back in and enjoy a pest-free home.

Fumigation typically takes 3-4 days from start to finish:

Day 1: We set up our signature black-and-red tents and prepare your home for treatment.
Day 2: The treatment runs, targeting every active pest in your home.
Day 3-4: We test the air quality and confirm it’s safe for re-entry. Once cleared, you’ll receive a call letting you know your property is ready.

Spot treatments can only address visible pests and often miss hidden colonies, especially in hard-to-reach areas like attics and inside walls. Fumigation works by penetrating every inch of your home, eliminating all active pests in a single treatment.

It’s the foolproof way to protect your property, and it often costs less in the long run by avoiding repeated spot treatments.

Our fumigation process is designed to target:

– Dry wood termites
– Powder post beetles
– Bed bugs
– Other hard-to-reach infestations

In addition to termites, the gas we use effectively eliminates other pests that may be present during treatment, offering comprehensive protection for your home or business.

Our process eliminates all active termites, but it’s important to know that no treatment can prevent future infestations.

Termites can take 3-7 years to establish a new colony, giving you long-term peace of mind. If you notice signs of a new infestation, we’ll work with you to inspect and address it quickly.

Yes, we provide a 1-year guarantee on our fumigation services. For a full year after treatment, we offer a free home inspection and spot application if any termites are found. Plus, the warranty is transferable, so it stays active even if you move.
